Ein himmlisches Blaubeer-Pfirsich Crumble im Runden Zaubermeister von Pampered Chef
Es gibt kaum etwas Besseres als den Duft von frisch gebackenem Crumble, der die Küche erfüllt. Besonders an einem faulen Wochenende, wenn man etwas Leckeres und Einfaches zaubern möchte. Heute teile ich mit euch mein Lieblingsrezept für ein Blaubeer-Pfirsich Crumble, das ich im Runden Zaubermeister von Pampered Chef zubereitet habe. Dieses Rezept ist nicht nur unglaublich lecker, sondern auch super einfach zuzubereiten!
Warum der Runde Zaubermeister von Pampered Chef?
Bevor wir ins Rezept eintauchen, möchte ich ein paar Worte über den Runden Zaubermeister von Pampered Chef verlieren. Dieses geniale Küchenutensil ist ein wahrer Alleskönner. Hergestellt aus hochwertigem Ton, sorgt er für eine gleichmäßige Hitzeverteilung und ein perfektes Backergebnis. Der Deckel hält die Feuchtigkeit zurück, was besonders bei Obst-Crumbles wichtig ist, um eine saftige Füllung und eine knusprige Kruste zu gewährleisten.
Blaubeer/Pfirsich Crumble | Runder Zaubermeister
Zutaten:
200 g Blaubeeren
2 Pfirsiche
Streusel:
100 g Butter
75 g Zucker
175 g Weizenmehl Type 405
1/2 TL Zimt
Zubereitung:
Blaubeeren und Pfirsiche waschen.
Blaubeeren in den leicht gefetteten Runden Zaubermeister geben.
Pfirsiche in kleine Würfel schneiden und ebenso in den Zaubermeister legen.
Aus den Streuselzutaten im Mixtopf Streusel herstellen, 20 Sekunden/Stufe 5
Die Streusel auf die Früchte geben, den Deckel auflegen und in den vorgeheizten Backofen einschieben.
200°C/Ober-/Unterhitze/Rost/unterster Einschub/30 Minuten backen. Danach den Deckel abnehmen und weitere 6 Minuten goldbraun backen.
Tipp:
Crumble kann mit allen Früchten zubereitet werden.
Am besten schmeckt der Crumble, wenn er lauwarm serviert wird.
Dazu frisch geschlagene Schlagsahne und Vanilleeis servieren.
